Corbett Email Address Validation Tool: Step-By-Step Processs

First of all, download and launch the Corbett Email Address Verification Tool on your device.

Once installing the software, click on the Select File/Enter Mail IDs button at the top of the screen.

After clicking the button, a window box will appear. On the "Load File" section, click the "Browse" button.

Now, go to the location where your email IDs files are stored. Click on the file to upload it in your software. Make sure that the file contains a single column of email address. Multiple columns of email IDs can create problems.

If the file has a header, for example Email Address header. Click on the File contains Header option. The software skips the first row when validating your email address. This way the procedure of checking your email IDs quicker.

You can also manually add your email address by clicking to the Mail-Ids option. Enter List name and the email addresses that you want to validate. Type one email address per line which is shown below.

Once you added your email address, go to the Settings option and click on Browse button to set a location where your validated email addresses will be stored.

Below the Browse button, there is the Categories to Export option. There are many options it will provide such as, Undeliverable, Deliverable, Accept-All, Syntax Error, Disposable and Unknown. Choose any options that you desire.

In addition, it also provides Disposable Domains to easily identify your email addresses. Users can choose a domain from the list or add a custom domain as per their needs.

When you apply the required settings, click the Validate option again. Press the Validate and Export option.

Now, the software starts the verification process. It carefully checks each email address, so the process will take a few minutes.

When the process completes, a message will pop up of confirmation. Preview the validation results which are displayed in front of you.
You can click on the Open Folder button to see the resulting output in your computer.
