Corbett Email Analytics: Procedure

Download and install the software on your Windows computer.

After launching the tool, click on the Open button.

Click on the Add Account button to add your email account in the software.

Enter the credentials of your email account in the required fields.

Tool auto-detects your server and port number. For this, click on the Find button from the Advance Settings.

Once you provide all the required details, press the Add button.

The software scans your email account and generates a chart for your analyzing.

From the chart you can view the sender details in the Top Senders section.

You can also check the responses in your emails by clicking Response.

Check the number of replies on your emails from the Email Replied option.

In the Emails Category option, you can check all the folders where your emails are located.

Check the Response time of your emails, by selecting this feature.

To see how many emails are emails sent and received, go to the Total Sent and Received option.

You can also check which time period has the highest volume of email activity by clicking Busiest Time.

Breakdown option groups your emails into Recieved Breakdown and Sent Breakdown. To make the analysis easy.

The Advanced Settings option is also available, where users can apply date filters to sort out your emails for specific time.

From the Emails section you can see the messages of your emails.
