Outlook PST Reporter: Working Tutorial

Start the process by downloading and launching the Corbett PST file reporter tool.

Click on the Open button. Select PST files from the drop down list.

After clicking to the option, you have got two options. Select the Choose Files button.

Go to the location where your PST file is stored and click the Open button.

Once you upload the files, the tool analyzes your PST file and reports it to you in detail. Here, you can examine all the informations such as emails received, senders, average received time, sent email, recipients, average sent time and average response time.

It also shows the charts of top senders, replies, answered emails, email category, response time, total number sent and received, busiest time and breakdown.

A Detail option offer you the preview the content and message header of your corrupted file.

In the advanced feature, you will allow you to set a time range then click on the Apply Filter button.

Lastly, click on the Save As button and choose options from PDF or HTML.

Choose a destination path where you want your files in your location.

When the software completes your process, a message will appear stating File saved successfully.

If you select Check Corrupt Files, then the software provides a detailed report of your corrupted PST file.
