  1. Download and install Corbett Email Recovery Software on your Windows system.

  2. Click the Open button from the top menu bar.

  3. Select Email Data Files and choose your backup file type.

  4. Use Choose Files or Choose Folder to add backup files..

  5. Load selected backup files to preview mailbox data.

  6. View emails in detail before conversion.

  7. Use Advanced Search to filter emails.

  8. Select required emails for recovery or export.

  9. Hit Export button and choose desired email platform or format.

  10. Select a destination path and click Save to start the recovery process.
