The Website Data Copier: Step-By-Step Process

  1. Download and launch the Website Downloader software on your Windows OS.

  2. Enter your Website URL in the Create Copy tab. Press the Copy button to start the process.

  3. Once you click the copy button, browse the location where you want your copied data.

  4. Then, software starts crawling your website, so wait till it completes the process.

  5. After the process, the software provides a complete preview of your Website's pages.

  6. A completion message will be given that says "Crawling Completed". Click on the OK button.

  7. Go to the Settings tab to apply various advanced filters. Enable robots.txt file option to download only the robots pages.

  8. Click on the "Copy pages with noindex" option to download the web pages which have noindex meta tag.

  9. Similarly you can save nofollow pages, by clicking the "Copy pages with nofollow".

  10. If you don't want to save some pages in your file, then click on the Skip file downloading.

  11. You can also provide the download size limit by clicking the Max download size option. Then, choose the maximum file size in Byte, KB, MB, and GB.
