Why archive WorkMail before deleting old mail?
Deleting mail to free WorkMail space cannot be undone. A local archive keeps every folder and subfolder, so the clean-up can go ahead without losing history.

Do folders keep their structure?
Yes. The folder tree keeps the source hierarchy, and subfolders are copied rather than flattened.
Does the tool send mail to Corbett?
No. Mail goes from AWS to the local PC. The tool keeps no copy at Corbett.
