Help with the install
I purchased vCard Converter Tool from their official website, and used the chat facility to get assistance with installation. Their support executive was helpful and friendly and was able to resolve all my questions quickly.

Source files
Open vCard Files From the Menu
Select Open, then Email Data Files, and choose vCard Files. That one entry gets vCard converter ready for contact files of any version.
No Outlook or phone connection is needed. vCard converter reads your VCF files and leaves them as they were.
Batch loading
Choose Files or Choose Folders
Select Choose Files for one VCF or several. Select Choose Folders to load a directory with its subfolders in one step.
Loaded cards appear in one tree, so vCard converter handles many VCF files in a single session. Multi-contact files split into separate cards, and no file size limit applies.

Preview Contacts Before Converting
Click any name and a reading pane opens beside two tabs. Use them to catch a broken phone field or a missing company before export starts.
Contact Details groups personal, contact and home address fields under clear labels. Raw vCard shows the original BEGIN:VCARD text line by line. Compact View hides folders that hold no cards, and the status bar shows your contact count.
Output formats
Select Your Output Format
The Export menu groups targets by type. Email Files hold PST, Document Files hold PDF, HTML, TEXT, CSV and vCard, and Email Services hold Office 365.
Select vCard to save a single VCF holding every card, or to move cards to vCard 3.0 or 4.0. Select CSV to give every field its own column for Excel or a CRM.
Data filters
Find Contacts by Name, Company or Job Title
Advance Search covers all cards or the Contacts fields alone. Search by full name, email, company, department, job title, IM address, contact number or postal code, then convert only the results.
Select Find to filter and Reset to clear. Convert one company, one department or everyone in a single city and skip the rest of your address book.
