Open the tool and click Proceed. The scan settings appear straight away with nothing to configure first.

The location panel lists My Computer, Local Drives and a custom choice of drives or folders. Press Search and the scan begins.
Scan progress
Progress appears while folders are read. Large drives take a few minutes, and the results fill in as soon as the pass ends.
Results
Results list every folder with its size, file count and share of the drive, so the heaviest items stand out at once.
Next steps
The analyzer only reports and never deletes. Move large media to an external drive, archive old projects and remove copies once the numbers point to them.
