A list bought, scraped or left idle for two years is full of dead mailboxes, typos and throwaway domains. Send a campaign to it and the bounces pile up, inbox providers lower the sender score and even good subscribers stop seeing the mail. Why Accept-All results need care
Some mail servers answer yes to every address on the domain, real or not. No validator can confirm a single mailbox behind such a catch-all server, so those results are marked Accept-All. Send to them in a small test batch before a full campaign.

Manual entry
The Mail Ids box suits a handful of contacts from a business card scan or a forwarded thread. Paste one address per line and validate without building a file.
Validation run
Validate and Export starts the run, and every address lands in one of these groups.
Export settings
Settings decide what the export holds. Keep Deliverable alone for a cold campaign, or add Accept-All for a warm list that already opens the newsletter.
Results
When the run ends, the report counts every category and the chosen addresses are saved to the default path. Load the clean file straight into the mailing tool.

One column
Keep addresses in a single column
Move names and phone numbers out of the address column. Extra text in a cell reads as a syntax error.
Header row
Tick File contains header
If the first row says Email or Address, tick the header option so that label is skipped instead of failing validation.
Consent
Validate opted-in lists only
A valid address is not permission to send. Check the list against signup records too, since spam laws and inbox providers judge consent, not syntax.
