Why Large ENEX Imports Stall
An ENEX file is one long XML document with every note and its attachments embedded inside it. Evernote has to parse that document in memory before a single note appears, so a heavy export can freeze the app or drop notes midway. Smaller files import faster and fail less often.

Selection
The left panel lists loaded exports with checkboxes. Clear any file that is already small enough and keep the heavy ones.
Split modes
Export, then Split opens the settings. Default splitting cuts exports at a preset size. Advanced splitting lets body data, audio files and other content go into separate parts.
Save
Browse sets the destination and a message confirms when ENEX parts are saved. Import them into Evernote one at a time.
